Good evening everyone.
Check in for 8/21:
Steps - 16527.
Calories - 1630. Might be a bit more due to lunch. I hate having to guess so much.
Exercise - 7.36 mile walk in the drizzle. 2:21. Went to the cupcake store at noon and asked the owner to share a mini cupcake with me for half size day. I am about 12 ounces from half size so it was close enough. It was the best carrot cake cupcake I've had.
I will try for gym tomorrow. Triple digits coming Wednesday into next week at least.3 -

I’m having an unplanned rest day today. Or maybe not. I was meant to go to the gym this morning but my friend has to cancel as her dog had a seizure during the night. I was going to go but decided to make the most of it and sleep in. If I find myself up for it I might get it done tonight in my home gym. I did go out for a nice walk with Jax tho so I’m not completely sedentary today.
I didn’t complete my diary yesterday so I gave myself 2 ✖️ Even tho I don’t think I actually went over. I did have some Prosecco last night and had some bbq at a friends house. I didn’t eat much ( a hotdog and a bit of coleslaw) but I have no idea how many calories I actually ate/drank.
I’ll come back later today if I do manage a workout in. Have a beautiful day team !

Nice loss! Another great day for meeting goals. I remember how hard it was to get my son sit still especially when he was with friends.

It’s great the scale is moving down. Do you drink less water when working? Maybe up your water intake for the next few days while working.

Crazy steps yesterday! I am with you on not knowing if it will be a rest day. There are days when we have to estimate or just be mindful when eating. I think you were mindful last night.2 -

I had my best swim time yesterday. I had to do 4 extra laps to get to 20 minutes. I missed a reminder as I was laying down and was too lazy to get up and move. I had a sleep score of 91 which was probably the highest I ever had. Like Mari, I am not sure what I will do for exercise today. I may go to the pool and just float around. I will see what happens when I get there.
Our flights to Newfoundland are booked. We will be there from September 3rd to the 17th. It will be so good to see our parents after 2 years. Last time we went I brought my scale with me but I am leaning on missing a couple of weigh ins this time.

Met my parents out at the lake for the 3 mile loop early morning. After a relaxing morning, mom and I went to a local farm and bought some veggies. The rest of the day was just good family time!2 -

@lindamtuck2018 enjoy your trip. If you don't take your scale think of it as a midterm practice exam on how well you are doing. That could make it interesting. The drizzle helped keep it cooler but it was muggy when it wasn't wet. I loved it otherwise. I shocked the owner when I asked her to share it.2 -

Got invited to lunch at a friend’s house today. Don’t know what to expect food-wise but I will focus on moderation. Signed up for zoom yoga tonight. Trying to do some meal prep later tonight too — trying out a recipe for tempeh bacon!
