    @maryc11 Mary, your August was sort of like mine....no real progress, but no real setbacks either! Yay for still being in Onederland! Bring on September!!

    @thedestar Well done on getting back into the swing of things, that being logging, eating at a deficit and exercising. You said you were looking for a bigger loss, but you did lose a pound after having a less than "under control" weekend, so all in all, not bad!

    I did not sleep well the night before, so I am happy that I could still manage to have a good day. It does explain the step total not getting to 10k....too much time resting on the couch!
