Yes, I have used both Nori and Mustard Greens in the past but I never see mustard greens now? Maybe my organic vegetable supplier could find some, but I doubt Colin would eat them. The only green veges he regularly likes are Bok Choy with sesame oil. Fish sauce and Oyster sauce, and must green peas cooked with baking soda and vinegar! Lol!

Yes I had mustard greens when I was in college in Kentucky. The South states do love their greens. I have not had them since that time.
