Goals/Comments: Started food prepping for the week and when I almost finished my Rollator completely broke. The brake was already broken from 11/05/21 from the driver slamming the trunk on my wheel. But thank goodness I was using safety measures while cooking in the kitchen and was able to catch myself before falling and lifting weights also help me with the quick reflexes (I am very proud to say )

Goals/Comments: Since I could not go to the pool today I raised my step goal from 6500 to 7000. So happy I was able to change my Bariatric weight loss doctor appointment to a phone appointment due to my mishap with the walker. She was very impress with my progress even when I confess my slip ups and what changes I have made to my food plan and the progress I have made to my exercises since October.

Goals/Comments: Missed my Immunology appt but was able to schedule my Hematology appt by phone. The doctor had good news, she said, "my iron is not as bad as the my PCP made it seem as it is actually higher than it was and I am not a candidate for Intravenous Iron at this point but wants me to try taking prenatal vitamins." I decided I am just going to take my nature made multivitamins 2x a day instead of one for now.

Thanksgiving yesterday. Didn't overeat but food had more sodium than usual and I'm sure I went over my normal calories. Too bad it was the day before my weigh-in. I was 147.6 yesterday.1 -
