I am working on getting back on track, Sat & Sun... I just let everything slide, spent way too much time working in front of my computer. Didn't get my walks in, didn't track, way too much snacking... I peaked at the scale, and it shows! I really don't want to have to post a gain on Sat. Got a nice walk in this morning, and am planning to track everything.
I (we) sometimes put everything besides ourselves 1st, and that is not right. We need to be good to ourselves and treat our minds and body in healthy ways.1 -

Question... Besides not getting my walk in this morning, too busy making wings for a potluck tonight... I have a potluck to navigate tonight (and less calories to spare, without my walk)!
How do you all navigate a potluck, where knowing this group (bowling league), there will be little to no fruits and veggies... I am guilty too, I am bringing buffalo & teriyaki wings. Any suggestions on how to enjoy the potluck, without going over (too much) my daily calorie allotment?0 -
