I weighed myself earlier in the week and Tuesday it said I weighed 341, Thursday it said I weighed 345, but today it said 353.

What a rubbish week so far.
I've got the week off work and planned to sort out the house and garden too if possible.
The weekend started with my daughter telling us out of the blue how she hadn't slept well for a long time, can't remember anything at school, feels sick after eating, doesn't want to eat because she doesn't feel hungry.
Told me one day she was finding it hard to breath when walking.
She's looked ill /tired for a good couple of months but always says she's OK.
Dark under her eyes too.
It suddenly hit me after what was going on.
She's been itchy too.
She's now eating like myself a
A gluten free diet, and already starting to feel better.
Her breathing is being investigated, starting with checking for asthma.
Though we both show allergy symptoms too.
This has now made me wonder if we're both allergic to wheat and gluten sensitive.
So I've been worrying about her and to top it off next week I have only a quarter of the work I would normally get.
So yeah, not great, running low on money but it could all be much worse.
I noticed I have a missing weight on the spreadsheet,
That week was 173.2.

Happy Day after Thanksgiving everyone! This has been a tough week, and I certainly have not been on track... today I am planning to turn that around.
I got a nice 2.5 mile walk in this morning to start my day off right. So far a coffee with milk and an delicious apple. A new one for me, called Envy, it is from New Zealand, super sweet and crunchy! My goal is not have any of the l/o pie until after dinner!
@ToadstoolBetty , what a smart thing to do, getting your daughter to change up her diet first. I hope that she is feeling better soon and that you can enjoy the rest of your week off.
@frankwbrown , you are such an inspiration by keeping up with your exercise goals. It is really paying off for you, Nice loss this week!
@TypingToaster , great job at turning things around! We can do this together, just need to stick with it, and when we get off track, just get back on the train.1 -

It is ironic that I lost that much during a week in which I celebrated Thanksgiving as well as a brother's birthday! After being on a plateau for 4 months, I might finally be headed down again! Christmas will be a big challenge though.
