@jenkindo great day if exercise!
@rawrxamberx good job on the water.
@sandkp it happens. The next few weeks we all need to do what we can and not best ourselves up for not doing more. Life is stressful enough. Enjoy the time with your family.4 -

Using best guesses and conservative entries, dinner came in at 800 calories, which included the small piece of cheesecake, one of my son's favourite desserts. I still had a good junk of calories left over. However, today I will not be so lucky. We are going to a family baby shower for my niece. So an hour in the car, each way, plus a lot of sitting at the hall. And after games and presents, there is a catered fish and chips dinner.2 -

Sorry I forgot to share my weigh in with the group.
Previous: 170.3
Current: 169.4
Loss: 0.9lb
Getting back to work this week was a little crazy... I did a bunch of shopping and visiting with my mom yesterday which used up much of my day. Today I met my best friend for a hike, and I realized now much covid set me back physically! Tonight will be an early night for sure! I just have to prep my lunch for tomorrow
I signed up for TRX and CORE by Les Mills class at the gym tomorrow night and will 100% go, even if I have to take a nap after work. I need to get my body back into this, fully!5 -
Update
Hii
About my wt scale issue, I cross check it with one of my relative's scale and the new scale I'm using is showing similar wt as this relative's wt scale.
So my cw is 218lbs.. as of just now
And I will be posting wt as per my new scale
@Fit_Prit I was trying to figure out how to enter your numbers on the spreadsheet without them looking like you lost 10 pounds in a week (would be nice, though!). So, I changed your starting weight to 220.8, and put your weight for week #1 at 217.0 to reflect the 3.8 pound loss that you did have. So for this week, I just carried over your 217.0 weigh-in. Now, any weight you lose next week will be true to the numbers! Sound good?
Ok... I accept that2 -

Took a while to read through thread. Been really busy, so got behind. Trying to get ready for Christmas takes a lot of time. Sounds like Christmas is stressing a few of us out, hang in there, we can do it.
Good night Team TBBT. ⛄🎅🤶🎄🎁👼❄☃😴

Even though I went over, I logged everything! I was really trying not to go over but dinner was so good I had to have a little more! We had meat loaf with potatoes! However I had more meatloaf instead of potatoes. So I feel that’s somewhat of a win lol7 -

Sorry, I was losing tracks… having a back pain and suffering from pain. Could not do so much sports. Staying at home, ending up with eating biscuits…
Hope to get back to 136 at the end of this month.5 -

I was down to 200 yesterday. Ate more the last 3 days. Still under calories, but not as low as I had been. I feel puffy today. I'm grateful I didn't really gain anything yet. Stall is still in full effect!4 -

A strange few days, but I am back:) Too much consuming of all things and not enough 'doing things' can really put my body out of alignment, mentally, and of course physically.
@dracocapricorn I can empathize with your back pain. I hope you can find some relief. I have a back thing too. I'm aggressively doing my physical therapy exercises. Pilates and yin yoga and meditation have been my saving grace. When you get into that position where there is zero pain...it's sooo ahhhh. Hopefully you have some pain-free moments. Speaking of exercise, I'd better do mine right now.5 -

Haven't posted in a while been so busy lately
Weighed myself in sataday
Pw - 148
Cw - 148 at the time but weighed myself this morning and I'm 150 for no reason so it set me off and I ended up binge eating today to have a day off to start fresh tomorrow, feel so stressed as I was doing so well and the scales went up 2lb overnight for no reason 🙄 which then made me feel so down all day and resulted in me eating more to put even more weight on lol the excuses I know
Hope everyone doing well
Even if your not like me
Were all still trying I suppose and will get there keep going 😊4 -
@ashleymullo6195 don't let that number on the scale get to you too much. You don't have a lot to lose, and any little thing can make your weight fluctuate. Hormones can almost certainly bring weight fluctuations, the amount of salt in the food you ate, how hard you worked out, etc. It's all a part of the process, but things will work out if you follow it. That number really can be a buzz kill sometimes, but just remember binging and going crazy won't help that number on the scale next time. You've got this3

I ended up calling out of work due to an awful migrane yesterday, but felt a lot better in the afternoon and still went to TRX.
Today, I went to work, and went to bodypump and did some work on the arc trainer. It felt GOOD. I'm so sore already, between yesterday's workout and today's.
Tomorrow is an easier cardio kickboxing class and core
Catching up for the week:
Sunday:

Monday:

@ashleymullo6195 You know there's no way you put on 2 pounds of fat overnight. Don't let it get to you like that!
