Comments/Goals/Day : On Monday was my skin treatment session of fractional Co2 laser as I have acne scars and after the session my skin was burning so I dint cook and had high carbs rice which my sister made. 1st day of my post skin treatment I can see blood spots all over the face. The doctor said no workout for 1 week and not to use water on face for 3 days. Today I was busy in arranging stuffs and sorting things out . I made a detox drink consists of ginger, cucumber , lemon , pineapple, honey...taste is normal. Early morning on empty stomach, I take 2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with 1 glass of water.2 -

Exercise: Yes, 70 minute walk. We have snow! It’s a once or twice a year thing to have snow that actually sticks where I live. We have 6 inches so far. My walk was only half the distance I normally could do in that time but I was taking pictures and being careful not to fall. It was still quite a workout, It's been a long time since I've been this sore after a walk.
The real mvp was my waterproof hiking boots, my feet were still warm and dry by time I was done.0 -

Exercise: Yes, 46 minute walk outside on my lunch break. Still slow going due to taking pictures and not wanting to slip. Am more sore afterwards than normal again too. We are up to 9inches now, and are getting more snow tonight/tomorrow but that should hopefully be it. I’m loving how pretty it is but the chaos it brings to work and not being able to get out of my driveway negates the joy of snow. At least I am working from home and don’t have to go anywhere for a while.1 -
