Calories: Over (I had Chick-fil-a twice, with two sets of friends at different times.)
Exercise: Carrying/walking around with a 6-week-old baby for thirty minutes (my friend’s baby son - soooo cute)
What are your thoughts on keto? Yea, nay, eh? A different friend gave birth back in February, and she told me yesterday she had started keto about six weeks ago. Leah said she’s already lost ten pounds doing it. (Yes, I have a friend named Leah - as the two Leahs, we confused many people in middle and high school.) I don’t know many others who’ve tried it, and outside people, I’ve heard mixed results.2 -

Current weight 180.5 lbs
My 7 day average weight is 181 lbs. This has been a consistent month for me so far.
Is there a week 5 in December. If not I will repost in January. Slimsons be proud of yourselves. What a challenge we faced with food and this pandemic. We stuck to the challenge and never gave up. You are awesome and thanks for the support given to me. I feel truly blessed to be a member of the Slimsons.4 -

@southgirl94 I've been doing keto for years, and while you can overeat still, it's harder, focus on whole foods when you do it and you'll get results.1 -

Thanks! I did not believe that I lost over 3 pounds last week but today the scale confirmed it.
I'm also starting to notice calf muscles, hip bones and ribs. And this is sort of funny but my but no longer touches both sides of the bathtub. Lol!5 -
