My 61 year old legs were happy to get a rest day after running 6 miles the day before, and despite not logging my food into MFP, I'm pretty sure I didn't go over my calorie budget as my eating stayed in control and stuck to proper portions. This morning my weight is down half a pound from Sunday morning so I am happy about that.

It was tough, but this was/is the key time to turn it around otherwise I could tell I would not maintain.
Rewarded with at least 0.2Lb loss. I’ll take it, as I only out one the weight around 0.0164 lbs per day. Yes, I use math LOL
Little changes will get me back to where I want to be!

I'm a yes for the 16th too, on all three counts, and have used 2 out of 3 pass days so far.4 -

You are, of course, correct. Wasn't it Jack Benny credited with saying something like "Age is a thing of mind over matter... if you don't mind, it don't matter." He claimed to be 39 until he died, if I recall. And he was actually... wait... I need to look this up... 80.
