Since I've already used all my Pass Days, I went ahead and took Sunday off without feeling like I "had" to follow the 3 rules. I hope this doesn't make me look like a rebel or something! :D

My 61 year old legs were happy to get a rest day after running 6 miles the day before, and despite not logging my food into MFP, I'm pretty sure I didn't go over my calorie budget as my eating stayed in control and stuck to proper portions. This morning my weight is down half a pound from Sunday morning so I am happy about that.

Babs - Congratulations on your success with your weight — down again! Your running record is amazing and a day of rest is important too. Have a lovely week. 🥰

@seilidhe - your son is very handsome, and 60’s are NOT old! I really believe age is at least 50% in the head. It’s true our joints and muscles and reflexes might not be as strong as they used to be, but by golly we can still be active, fun loving, adventure seeking, and relevant! You keep going girl because I know you are NOT old and decrepit!

Completely agree @biketheworld — on all counts!

@seilidhe Such lovely photos — thanks for sharing! Wishing you a great week ahead 👍🏻

@MadisonMolly2017 Way to get it back on track!!! You are truly fabulous 🌟

Wishing everyone a wonderful week 🥰

    Thank you Julie @jamcnewman !!

It was tough, but this was/is the key time to turn it around otherwise I could tell I would not maintain.

Rewarded with at least 0.2Lb loss. I’ll take it, as I only out one the weight around 0.0164 lbs per day. Yes, I use math LOL

Little changes will get me back to where I want to be!

    Thanks again,
    🌸Maddie

I think I posted on teh wrong thread/date yesterday. I can't find my own posts tho, so this may be a double post. :)

I'm a yes for the 16th too, on all three counts, and have used 2 out of 3 pass days so far. <3

You are, of course, correct. :) Wasn't it Jack Benny credited with saying something like "Age is a thing of mind over matter... if you don't mind, it don't matter." He claimed to be 39 until he died, if I recall. And he was actually... wait... I need to look this up... 80. :)

And, thank you. I think my son is very good-looking. :)
