Yes to exercise. It was nice enough to walk outside.
Yes to the other two as well.
I will catch up with NSV comments tomorrow on my laptop. Having two grandkids most of the day has tired me out and I am ready for bed.6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

It was a lazy day for me. I did get caught up on my laundry and cleaned the bathrooms, but I honestly can't even call it 20 minutes worth of anything remotely like "exercise". Lol. My son came home from the hospital on crutches today and I spent some time with him. I also started a new crochet project (wedding afghan) for my step-daughter who's getting married in April. A nephew and his new wife who are living in Australia are planning to come to the wedding in April ( *IF* they're able to travel due to COVID restrictions!), and since they just got married in Nov 2020, I need to get their wedding afghan finished as well. And we're expecting 8 inches of snow overnight.9 -

I really love reading about everyone's NSV - it is too hard to choose one other than to say that we should all be looking for the victories beyond the scale.
My heart goes out to those of you who are going through this journey with additional burdens - covid, other illness, injury. That you're still checking in here is a huge NSV!

Today is my son's 34th birthday. I'm not sure how that happened. I don't get to see him often and I really wish I'd been able to go up to Phoenix today to see him. And I'm not really sure why we didn't. But there it is. Sigh. My daughters tell me that now I am old. Not like I wasn't already.... Hahahaha! .... but now, they know that come August I'll be 64, so one foot in the grave, doncha know? And they'll give me a hard time in April when they turn 32.
The bottom picture of the boys in their white dress shirts and bow ties? That was a 6th grade band trip to California. He's still friends with the three boys standing around him. Since I'm not sure who the boy sitting down and looking over his shoulder is, I'm don't know if they're still friends. The tall redheaded boy further back? He was a great friend, but after high school, he joined the USAF and I don't know if he's kept in contact with any of the kids.6 -

Yes to logging & staying within calorie budget. I am going to count my housecleaning and grocery shopping as 20 minutes of exercise today. More so to have a win for the day and get the momentum going for a successful week.

@seilidhe - your son is very handsome, and 60’s are NOT old! I really believe age is at least 50% in the head. It’s true our joints and muscles and reflexes might not be as strong as they used to be, but by golly we can still be active, fun loving, adventure seeking, and relevant! You keep going girl because I know you are NOT old and decrepit!8

Since I've already used all my Pass Days, I went ahead and took Sunday off without feeling like I "had" to follow the 3 rules. I hope this doesn't make me look like a rebel or something!
My 61 year old legs were happy to get a rest day after running 6 miles the day before, and despite not logging my food into MFP, I'm pretty sure I didn't go over my calorie budget as my eating stayed in control and stuck to proper portions. This morning my weight is down half a pound from Sunday morning so I am happy about that.

So glad your son is at home now and I am so glad that you got a lazy day. Two Afghan projects on the go now! If only so could walk and knit…. Given my proclivity for accidents, probably not recommended 😉 Wishing you a good week ahead.3 -
