So I managed other than water weight from the Carbsplosion on New Years, to only really lose a lb this whole month...
The Good: I went the whole month keto. No carb oofs on the weekends! Fantastic!
The Bad: Still clearly eating too much on the weekends. So we shall work on that, and me staying the heck away from nuts on saturdays will certainly help! I can overeat those with great calorie effect really really fast. Better to have a special cracker and dip ready or something else. I'd get fuller faster.
