    I'm here I swear. Just been too busy to post.

    Scale went down to 181.2, then bounced back up to 182 again today. What the heck?

    Anyway, I checked the couple measurements I actually took and I have lost .5in each in the 2 places on my waist I measured. So for now, KCKO. But I really need actual weight off my actual knees, scale dear, if you don't mind.

    1/25-26/22 30 min barre yesterday, carbs 64 and 54, water 10 glasses

    Cardio still not my best option yet but hoping I'll be well enough to spin come Sunday. Enlisted a work buddy to do a plank challenge with me next month. We started early (Wed) because we're both eager to reap the benefits.

    Considering making mock oatmeal and some baked egg cups for breakfast next week. We received a ton of fresh farm eggs from a friend.

    Stayed the same. At least I didn't go up. I did my measurements today and I went down a tad on my arms and my chest. Everywhere else I was either the same or went up! Not a happy camper today. I just have to remind myself that my body and system is probably trying to catch up to my weight loss and at least I'm not 214 pounds again or whatever I was this time last year. And my blood sugar and pressure readings are still good. Maybe being in the 170's is my wheel house and where I am meant to be be for now. Still sucks. Okay, pity party over. Have a wonderful day! The end of January is finally nigh!

    That's exactly it. Sometimes the body does a bit of a do-si-do after losing a fair amount. Hang in there. It will get moving again eventually. I did the same thing. And went on to lose the rest. You've got this

    Hi! I'm Mary from Pennsylvania.
    Back again! Will post weight on Sundays. Sticking with what has been working for me since 5/14/21. 1000-1200 calories/day,
    Net Carbs15 +/- 3 grams(some days actually less), 70+ oz water/day, only 2 meals/day on non work days (I work 4 days/week) and exercise on my non work days (as I work long days).
    UGW-122 lbs

    Oct goal was 10 lbs Almost made it!, loss -9.6 lbs
    Nov goal was 5 lbs Made it, loss -5.6 lbs!
    Dec goal is also 5 lbs, loss so far -5.4 lbs! Made my goal!

    Went out to Texas Roadhouse on on 12/28, behaved except for a few of their rolls (remind me of my Grandma's homemade bread) so I'm sure its water weight from Sodium.

    My January goal is 5 lbs and continue with my diet and exercise up above, that is working great for me. I did 240 minutes on my Elliptical yesterday and today for 16.5 & 16.55 miles.

    1/2/22-168 lbs Still sure it's water weight. And having Pork & Sauerkraut for New Years isn't helping. It will drop eventually.
    1/9/22-164.6 lbs. :-) Water weight was finally gone yesterday after a week+ and then a drop today to my lowest weight in 6-7 years!!!! Did 244 minutes on my Elliptical for 17.1 miles.
    1/16/22-162 lbs :-) Did 253 minutes for 16 miles on my Elliptical.
    1/23/22-164.2 lbs. :-( My own fault. A weak moment a couple days ago and ate a couple donuts someone brought into work, that I have had in the past and know to be exceptional donuts. Best I have ever had in my life! Yes, I'm human. Flaws and all. Also maybe some water retention due to working very long hours and not getting my usual amount of water or sleep. Did 269 minutes on my Elliptical today for 18 miles. Yes, I'm still doing around 4+ hours on it, three times per week, on my days off.

    1/30/22-158.4 lbs. :-) Exciting! On my Elliptical Tuesday 270 minutes for 18.13 miles, Saturday 254 minutes(in 2 sessions) for 17 miles and Sunday 271 minutes for 17.3 miles.

    January loss -9.6 lbs of my 5 lb January goal :-)
    Down 96.6 lbs of my 132 lb goal to lose!
    Fat percentage on my scale(even though they aren't that accurate) is now moderate instead of high. Normal is next!

    I'm just saying no, and refocusing, when my reptile brain says "how 'bout a lil snack" at 11pm.
    A month unemployed, but I went thru the first assessment for a Canada Post job (GREAT pay, benefits, good hours) so I'm hoping to hear more...and in the meantime I am back working on call with the security company I used to work for 15 months ago.

    Tomorrow is my big day! I got a call while at my security job for an actual in person interview and it happens at noon tomorrow. I'm a bit nervous about it. I have 6 straight days of work (grocery store - mask reminder and passing fresh ones out to customers coming in) after that so I will be really tired this week and must concentrate on getting in enough water while I'm working and NOT SNACKING when I get home from the job - just a late dinner 8:30 pm.
    I'm up a tad due to a bit of inflammation back and legs are pretty tired since I'm on my feet all day. At 150lbs today :/

    Well, so much for my January goal! LOL...I ate way too many carbs again this weekend. Carbs are always going to be my downfall. I mean, what I had wasn't even close to what I used to eat, and I guess I had to get it out of my system. After so many weeks of being at the same weight, my mind told me to go ahead and eat that spaghetti. And even though I measured all the ingredients and only had 2 helpings on both Sat & Sun, I was a tad over my calorie goal and 110 grams over my carb goal. Everything else was spot on. I used to eat probably over 5 servings if I had weighed everything before. I know it's just water weight. And will do better today and the rest of the week. And yes! We are finally at the end of January!

    Didn't log the last few days and Sat was a carbfest (comfort food due to some bad news from a friend). However, I finally felt well enough to take spin class yesterday morning. I took measurements on Thursday and will use them as a guide for Feb goals. Some meal prep this morning. Not entirely disappointed with this month knowing that being sick was an obstacle I couldn't just power through.
