@rianneonamission - I'm freezing my butt off in Ontario Canada, hence the weirdness that I list my height in feet and my weight in pounds, but I go for runs by the kilometre 😉
@wunderkindking - if maintenance is boring, then join me in going for strength! I'm determined to get buff for summer. 💪 Mind you, I don't have an actual plan but I'm ramping up bit by bit already. Perhaps a pushup / squat / situp challenge is in order...3 -

Oh, I'm not bored in general just aware I'm not posting anything exciting. My fitness routine includes some resistance stuff, my fitness level is fine. It's just pretty... consistent to the point that not a lot is changing. I'm fine with it but my posts arent' fun rn :P2 -
Yesterday was an UNHEALTHY day. It was a colleague's birthday and there were cakes galore (plus I baked some cupcakes for the birthday girl). Then tonight I'm going out for dinner and a gig.
On a better note though, we went for our first interval run to try and build up to 5k again. 2 min alternating running/walking. I did 6 rounds, OH did 5 rounds (he has asthma so fair enough). Felt good to run again!

@k8richer Ah, that explains it. My Canadian colleague (Toronto) did mention last week there was a lot of snow. FWIW: I'm half Dutch and grew up in NL, so for me kilometers are the true measure of distance. I just use lbs on here for ease, but my scales are stones + lbs (because of my British OH) yet I think in kgs (because to me they are easier).

@rianneonamission you are so skilled! No wonder you had a unhealthy day with treats like that around. I'd cave too.
But interval runs and building up distance (in kms or whatever) is fabulous! I love running. Good for you - you will feel so accomplished hitting that 5km and maybe your PB!3 -

Definite sodium overload and falling prey to night snacking with entire bags or boxes instead of portioning so I don't eat too much. I feel like my brain tells me what to do and my hands and mouth just rebel against it LOL3 -

As of Monday this week I started no longer entering my exercise into the tracker until after I was done eating for the day (or the next day) since you can't turn it off from adding your exercise to the calories without premium (which is super annoying since I prefer to eat the same amount every day and average my exercise over the week, but not worth the cost of premium for me). Wish I could keep an eye on macros, too, but alas, again, not worth paying premium prices for those little conveniences.
After 3 full weeks of effectively no real losses seeing some slow drops again this week, so clearly was overeating a bit with exercise added in.5 -

LOL! I think weighing every day is messing with me but I leave for vacation on Friday so I’m hoping I’m at least a little further on the down trend by then 🤣🤞

This is a fine end to the month. I am getting my muscle back. Strength training makes me hungry so I eat more, but that's ok.

I have gained 7lbs in 3 days of agility trial.
Guess how sore I am/how much sodium I've eaten. Go on. Guess.
(I havent done well calorie wise or tracked even loosely but ain't no way I ate THAT much extra, LOL)
Anyway, month end: 1308 -
I've not weighed in. Combination of no time and not having been to good in the last week. Still down versus the start of month though.
