11 min stationary bike 1.0 mile light
It’s a beautiful sunny day in the 40s here and I just wanted to be outside to enjoy it so cut cardio short. Will make up for it tomorrow when it’s in the single digits.
    Have a great weekend!

Hard fought and hard won, that 1#. And I nearly blew it last night. The snacky monster tried to over take me!
But now I must guard my thoughts. This success is a sign that my diligence is working and must continue, not slack off.
And it is already worth it. I have more energy, I am not so cold, and I can feel that my scout pants are less restrictive. I look forward to more success-and more hard work!

Nice loss! Taming the snack monster is a great battle to win. Keep that motivation going!

Still dealing with migraines ... I managed to get to my pharmacy to pick up my new medication yesterday ... I am hoping the meds for the migraine will help ...if not then I call my Dr to go in and get some kind of shot that helps supposedly ... I apologize for being a not so good co-captain

Nice loss! Hope your meds help. You are not a bad captain.

Can blame you for wanting to be outside. Even the few minutes I get outside to walk to the pool house makes me feel better. Awesome exercise today!

I went up after my last weigh in and spent all week slowly crawling back down, then I had a massive anxiety attack last night and spent most of the night in the bathroom with an upset tummy and the sweats so I'm not really trusting this is a real loss but we'll see.

@Megan_smartiepants1970 migraines are the worst i absolutely feel you there. ☹

Good evening everyone. Another weekend has snuck up on us. Let's all enjoy it.
    Check in for 2/18:
    Steps - 16403
    Calories - 1692.
Exercise - 7.88 mile walk in 2 hr 26 min. Walked thru a new neighborhood (for me) and the people I encountered just stared, watched me like a hawk and made me feel like a criminal. Guess I will have to go back fairly often to ruffle their feathers more.
@Pippin20206 good luck with your attacks.
@Beautyofdreams glad you finally got outside. It is so much better with all the sensory you get.

    Swim 800 laps: 494/800

I am into the homestretch to reach my lap goal. It will be a quick swim as it is grocery shopping day and my granddaughter is coming after lunch to spend the night. My sleep was rough last night but I didn’t get up and binge. It’s hard but I am doing my best to beat the urges to binge. Pool plan for the day is: laps and some cardio.

Have a great start to the weekend!

How much of a factor does good sleep play in your weight loss?

Here is an article from the Arthritis Society of Canada on tips for good sleep:
