    Each day I feel better. Mainly just a cough randomly. Workouts, step-ups, and some yardwork done. My energy is much higher today.

    I just finished pedaling for 33 minutes. Yesterday, I did an hour. I need to organize my shoes meant for exercising. I like slip on so I can just take them off in an instant instead of untie and tie, untie and tie, etc. I cannot pedal with my shoes on.

    OK... I am tired, taking a siesta then book reviews I go!

    Great job Frugal!

    Today was my big push before weigh day. Step-ups, gardening, calf raises, 3 workouts, small walk, and inclined push-ups.
