    Good job, Kathy!!
    Saw my doctor today. I am doing fine and I am healthy!! No issues so far. Had an EKG and blood work done so will wait and see how those turn out.
    6.46 miles in 110 mins this morning.

    I didn't feel well at all yesterday with the migraine. I think it was due to the weather. We're doing these swings of 60゚ and I'm 30゚ and my poor little brain can't take it :) yesterday was quite A-day of resting. Hopefully today brings a little bit more let's see :)

    Upper body/abs workout - 30 minutes, elliptical - 15 minutes and treadmill - 30 minutes.

    Received my Fitbit and I’m having charging issues. Hopefully will take care of it by tomorrow. Not happy. 😡

    Hope your mammo went well, Kathy. Not my most favorite exam.
    Celebrated my 7 years retired yesterday...paying for it today...ugh!!
    We got our second booster this afternoon. We were in and out in minutes. No crowd!!

    Lower body /abs workout - 45 minutes and treadmill - 60 minutes.

    Fitbit is sending me a replacement charger but I also ordered one from Amazon based on posts from the Fitbit community.
