Good day today after sleeping like a rock last night! First time in a LONG time that I slept the night straight through without waking even once!!
Did my home PT exercises, rode the exercise bike 7.0 miles, and walked on the treadmill for 1.0 mile.

@dave congrats on the rehab process. It takes a lot of work and dedication. Mine has my middle finger 1 cm away from touching my palm when I make a fist. I can straighten it but cannot hyperextend it back with the others. That's the annoying part, I try to stretch it back but it doesn't feel like it stretches. My follow up is next week. I know the swelling sticks around for a few months, so hoping it'll improve as that happens. Working on making a pretty scar with the Bio Oil and cocoa butter.
2.5 miles from today and yesterday.

@KAR328 - Thanks! And I bet you'll get there eventually and be able to hyperextend it. It will just take a little more time. As good as I'm able to bend my knee right now, I'm still a degree or two away from completely straightening it and I'm stretching it multiple times daily. My therapist says there's still swelling in there getting in the way so be patient. Patience my @$$!! And great job keeping your scar moisturized! I'm trying to do the same.
I walked 1.0 mile on the treadmill this morning and did 8.0 miles on the exercise bike this afternoon. Weather still not warm and or dry enough to get outside. Maybe this weekend...fingers crossed the forecast holds!

@K80FLEC - Great to see you!! Hope you're doing well. ANNNND....CONGRATS on making GOAL for last month!!!
I did 1.5 mile warmup on the stationary bike at my PT appointment today. Hoping to get the motivation to do a walk on the treadmill or another longer bike ride this evening. Another day of super-crummy cold and rainy weather is really sapping my energy today.

Awww man!!! It's already 6:30pm and I've been glued to my desk chair almost the entire day! I need to be better about splitting my exercise up throughout the day and not saving it all for the evening.
Hope you're all having a great day though! I'm off to go do SOMETHING! lol My PT, walk on the treadmill, ride the exercise bike, heck even just go get the mail!

Did my PT and then got on the bike for a brisk 7.0 miles.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, @ANACONDA469!!! While you probably don't need an entire pie, a small slice for your birthday wouldn't be out of the question....and then you could donate the rest to a neighbor, another friend, or someplace else!
