@brandi_84 EVOO and red wine vinegar, sometimes I'll use a flavored vinegar. I had a pomegranate one that I loved but they don't make it anymore. 😕2 -

Comments: Lack of sleep caught up with me Thursday, and I did almost nothing all day. Doing better today, but too much restaurant food this week is adding up. I will do better after Mother’s Day. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms 💕2 -

I stopped tracking for a couple weeks because I had to reorganize the kitchen for healthy eating ‘consistently’ and a new lifestyle. Pretty much finished. Have to get in the habit of counting macros for a ketogenic diet. I haven’t calculated any recipes yet, but Ill weigh in this Sunday. I may not track diet well until the following week because won’t to calculate meals before tracking.0 -

I literally woke up with indigestion and now it’s 10:30a and I still feel full and bloated☹️ Seems like a good day for a water fast! Honestly, I should be able to skip multiple days of eating considering the mountain of food I’ve been consuming the past two days!

I’m honestly surprised I have lost 2 lbs this week. I haven’t been really good at tracking food or exercising. But I think I am eating pretty healthy regardless.2 -
