Umm it’s hot here in Santa Fe, high 80s, but definitely not as bad as some of y’all’s temperatures. However, we also have no air conditioning. But let me tell you it really sucks trying to run in 87 degree weather. I have to run 7 miles (ugh) tomorrow. At 6 am the day will be at its coolest at approx 60 degrees, but it will heat up quick. So hopefully I have the willpower to get going early!!4 -

Day off, lazy day, went for a drive in the Country with the roof down, then hot tub, took the dog for a walk in the evening, nice day3 -

I feel like I'm cheating this week with my weight loss due to Covid. Zero appetite. My weight loss has been staggering. I killed a large pizza with no cheese or meat from Domino's in about 15 minutes. I had only eating a piece of toast today, but I made myself eat. I shouldn't be losing a pound a day. Everything tastes EXTREMELY salty to me. Covid is so weird.2

Calories - 2315. Shot in the dark. Ate lunch at a museum.
Exercise - walked around a museum for 2 1/2 hours. Lots of ladders up and down. It is an old u.s.navy ship. Great workout and only conked my head once this time. I hate the low overheads. Lol

My weight stayed the same this week. I’ll certainly take that over a gain lol… I met my steps goal a little better this week. I ate a little better this week as well, but still looking to improve.
This coming week, I’ll aim to reach my step goal at least 5 days and continue with my strength training exercises. Hope to see some positive movement at my next check-in.
