Good evening everyone. How was your weekends?
Looks like we have multiple covid cases this week. Take care and think about masks again.

Exercise - walk in the morning. 2 hr 32 min. Tried to miss the heat but it hit early.2 -
Word of warning...I have seen f/b posts about finding folded dollar bills and they have fentenal inside. I thought that was fake. Today on my walk I found a crumpled dollar and when I carefully opened it I found 3 small rock crystals. Probably was meth but it could have been laced. I dumped the rocks without touching them and didn't eat or drink until I scrubbed well.1

Hi all! Totally exhausted but having fun. Enjoying the precious time with my beautiful granddaughters. Eating lots of seafood but some of it has been deep fried. Did get my lobster so that was heaven. I will need a vacation once I get home. Whale watching is on the agenda for tomorrow. I had no cell service for a couple of days due to a Canada wide outage with my carrier. Will try to pop in to say hi in a few days. A picture of my lobster and my 4 granddaughters playing together.4

Good evening all.
Check in for 7/11:
Steps - 5496 plus 10 minutes bike. Moderate intensity.
Calories - 2270 or close. Lots of snacking at night. Ugh.
Exercise - gym after dinner. 10 machines and 10 minutes bike.
Had a dr appt this afternoon. Last checkup for surgery. Got complete clearance.3 -
Walked around the block twice this morning. Slowly building myself back up after Covid. Gonna head to the pool Friday and hopefully play some ball on Sunday. Feeling a ton better. I just get sleepy around 5-6pm but physically I feel fine.2

Steps - 9845. Surprising number after how the day started.
Calories 2122 or somewhat close. Guessing on my popcorn at the movie.
Exercise - no set exercise. Walked around sea world for a couple hours. No rides and only one show. Movie after dinner. Minions, the rise of gru.
Day started horribly. Woke up very dizzy during the night. Almost couldn't stand with all the spinning. It happened all 3 times I got up. I felt better all morning so I decided to go to sea world. Only ate a hot dog and bun. Didn't feel good enough to eat more. don't know what caused the dizziness. I hope it doesn't repeat tonight. Is vertigo a symptom of covid?2 -
