    And we're off to the races! Have a great month! My wife and I are flying out sometime on Wednesday for our delayed 10-day honeymoon to Alaska. The trip that got sidelined when I tore my achilles tendon in half. We'll be there for her cousin's wedding on Friday and will do a bunch of sightseeing while were there.

    We've rented a nice VRBO near Eagle River where the wedding stuff will take place. My wife's Aunt & Uncle and another set of cousins live in Anchorage and who knows what all else they have planned for us to do. :) Looking forward to it!

    I will still try to get in here and do updates, but it might be slightly irregular if cell/wifi signal is spotty. But no worries, just keep your @$$es moving and between Janet & I, we'll get you taken care of before long! :sunglasses:

    I'm struggling to get time and I ended up not making my goal last month because of it. But I'm setting my goal for 60 miles again, hoping to finally accomplish it.

    I only had time for one mile today.

    Got the okay to do low to low-moderate exercise on my bike from my Cardiologist yesterday...
    So please adjustment my goal to 150 miles for this month... I am going to go slow but I do need a new goal... thank you...
