Got the okay to do low to low-moderate exercise on my bike from my Cardiologist yesterday...
So please adjustment my goal to 150 miles for this month... I am going to go slow but I do need a new goal... thank you...0 -
I’m soooooo sorry about logging my first two days in June, RL has been a struggle! Thanks for everyone that keeps this challenge going. You are the reason I love this group ❤️1

@LOVEMYALEX - So happy to hear that you got the thumbs-up from the doc! I updated your goal!
@GRANDMAJACKIE - No worries! We’ve got you! It’s not hard to keep up with now that we have a more manageable sized group here. It was a little more chaotic when we had over 200 participants.
Made it to Anchorage, Alaska safely! So beautiful here in the mountains!
Dave
The Walmart photo was to show how bright it still was at about 11pm at night here. I don’t think it got much darker any later in the night. Was too tired from being up since 5:00am and traveling so I didn’t verify that.2 -

Please put me down for another 60 miles. I'm off to a good start so far.
@darkrider42 I hope you have a great vacation! I've never been to Alaska but always wanted to go.
@Lovemyalex Glad to hear you are on the mend!1 -

@Lovemyalex: Such good news! You will be rolling along to your former self in no time. Following doctor orders are often hard, but it will pay off in no time.

@JANET - Thanks! We’re having an absolutely wonderful time! It’s been nice spending so much good, quality time with Jen’s extended family up here. Many more are in town for her cousin’s wedding which was AMAZING. It was on top of a mountain at a ski resort and the view was incredible. Not sure why my phone won’t let me post any photos, but if I don’t figure that out in the next couple of days, I’ll save them up and post when I get home.
