Goals/Comments: I was pleasantly surprised that I got on the scale 3x just to make sure🤣🤣🤣 Yes I'm detoxing for healing but only expected to drop 5 to 10lbs not more than 30lbs 😮😮. Although a part of me wants to stop the detox because of this significant weight loss but I started this process for healing from this cough and dizziness so I'm going to keep going and just be mindful of other factors as I continue this journey.
