    Current weight 184.5 lbs
    Well off to pleasant start. I am trying hard to stay under my caloric goal. I am already feeling stressed so I will go into my time management mode to take care of all the things to be done this month. It has been awhile where I have a lot items on a month's agenda.

    My BP dropped from 172/132 to 103/68 yay!

    Goals/Comments:
    I was pleasantly surprised that I got on the scale 3x just to make sure🤣🤣🤣 Yes I'm detoxing for healing but only expected to drop 5 to 10lbs not more than 30lbs 😮😮. Although a part of me wants to stop the detox because of this significant weight loss but I started this process for healing from this cough and dizziness so I'm going to keep going and just be mindful of other factors as I continue this journey.
