I ended up spraining my ankle and have not been having the best of my time. I can’t move much, let alone workout. But, obstacles are part of life, so I’m gonna take it positively, rest as needed and focus on healing. Il slowly incorporate more workouts that I can do sitting.

I ended up spraining my ankle and have not been having the best of my time. I can’t move much, let alone workout. But, obstacles are part of life, so I’m gonna take it positively, rest as needed and focus on healing. Il slowly incorporate more workouts that I can do sitting.

Hi team, My name is Bobby T I’ve been in this group previously and it has truly helped me in the past. A big indicator that I need to get back into this group is when my Wii scale calls me (that word) greater than over weight, So I’m back and hopefully will help the group with a decrease often. But more important is our overall health and standards of living. I know a contributor of my weight gain was the pandemic. My job as a Covid tracer will be over in a couple of weeks so I have no excuses. I am very active ( walking, playing softball, volleyball, and basketball) but my eating habits need some work. Thanks for listening. Peace to all2

Goals/Comments: I was pleasantly surprised that I got on the scale 3x just to make sure🤣🤣🤣 Yes I'm detoxing for healing but only expected to drop 5 to 10lbs not more than 30lbs 😮😮. Although a part of me wants to stop the detox because of this significant weight loss but I started this process for healing from this cough and dizziness so I'm going to keep going and just be mindful of other factors as I continue this journey.DebJB30

Sorry guys. We went camping this weekend. The reception at this site was terrible so I couldn’t log in. Had such a migraine and it was so hot. No one was able to sleep fri night so my husband said let’s go home to sleep and we’ll go back in a little bit for sun breakfast hang out for awhile and pack up the tents. Still had a great time.3

Going to the dr tomorrow. I am a migraine sufferer. I’ve had them for 25 + years now. But recently I notice I am having a headache almost every day. Some days they go away on their own, some days I need my prescription meds, and some days just a Tylenol will help. But it’s been going on for a few months now. Hoping it’s just because I am progressing in my peri-menopausal journey (lol) and nothing more serious.3
