    Calories: Under (barely!)
    Exercise: 15 minutes gardening
Comments: I seem to be eating a little out of control. Kind of a food Russian roulette. I eat the food first then I find out what damage I’ve done. And then there’s the thrill of still being in calorie range, like I won the roulette. Ooofta. Tomorrow I will think before I eat.

It's crazy thinking about the different times kids go back to school around the world, here in the UK they have just finished the summer term and will go back to school in a month.

Tracking should get way easier when you’re doing IF!

Also tracking was the end all-be all for me! Meaning it really propelled my weight loss once I started stalling on keto… and plus MFP makes it so easy comparing all the others out there! It gets easier once you create and save a few regular meals and patterned days the algorithms will continue to pop up suggestions of what you want to log again.

Don’t give up! Keep on keepin on!

@ajdvegan my husband calls those the land of too much. Too much alcohol, too much food and too much sun. The first day he's like an idiot in idiot land on idiots get in free day. 😂

Although our last trip to the DR he accidentally drank the water and ended up losing weight. 😁

Have a good time and enjoy the trip. Pick up again when you get home.

@BlissfulK I agree with @Krysless2 I find logging very easy after the first few times things pop up in my frequent or recent foods list. Even if I haven't eaten something in a long time it pops up when I type the first couple of letters. Thank you Bill Gates 😂😂

At this point, after playing Russian food roulette almost every day this week, I’m grateful it was only a pound gain. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    MUAC Daily Post: Saturday (8/6)
    Track: Yes
Calories: Yes - Gross Under / 💧112 oz.
Exercise: Yes - Lots of walking

Goals/Day/Comments: Catching up on some work. Finally felt well enough to drive which was great because I was able to take my new middle schooler to his open house to practice his locker combo and run through finding all of his classes a few times. Poor kid has to run ALOT of stairs back & forth every day and only has four minutes between classes but at least he’s feeling less anxious. We open enrolled into this school that’s 30 minutes away because it was a much better fit so no bus. Thankfully the kiddos schedules are staggered by an hour so I’m feeling a little better after the dry run too. Also caught up on shopping (groceries + 🤦‍♀️ back-2-school madness).

    @Krysless2

    Thanks for your support! :)

I didn’t do the fast this week because of the GOT challenge required a food challenge this week. I’m waiting for a week that doesn’t conflict with GOT then I can finally say I tracked because there’s nothing to track🙃😂

I agree MFP makes it easy, but I don’t really have consistent meals yet. I’m always changing the the quantity of ingredients for each meal, when trying different things. Still in the phase of finding favorites since I change my way of eating the last couple months

@BlissfulK Oh I meant Intermittent Fasting(16:8). That’s the only kind of fasting I’m able to do anyway…I know there are all types of fasting but it is difficult for me to keep with a fast for longer then 16 hours..maybe one day I’ll try that again.. For IF, I usually try to base it off my work/sleep schedule. Right now I try to eat between 1pm and 9pm.
But if you’re wanting to build a tracking HABIT, then IF(16:8 or 20:4) is the way to go! If you’re not having to worry about tracking SO much in a day it makes it easier to start!

Trust me, you can eat keto all day long and gain weight! Once you log you start to just get it!

Calories: Yes - Gross Under / 💧144 oz.
Exercise: A smidgen (stretching + strength)

Goals/Day/Comments: Stopped pushing, listened to my body and rested. Giving my stubborn inner child a gold star for that. To anyone frustrated with a plateau, gain or otherwise, hang in there.

I find tracking a chore myself, meal prep takes long having to weight every single ingredient and logging. Some days it's easy if I'm eating the same thing as it will be available in my history

    I do feel your pain

Calories: Definitely over, fasted for 18hrs 48mins.
Exercise: Yes - 18375 steps, 1.34 mile run and 2.81 mile walk.

Calories: Who knows, fasted for 13hrs 13 mins.
Exercise: Yes - 31384 steps, 5.82 mile run and 6.82 mile walk.

Goals/Day/Comments: This has been a weekend of eating a lot of high carb food. Volunteered at a Biking event on Sat and got a free food voucher and Sunday went out to Breakfast with my sister. First time I've had breakfast in years. Currently 'pregnant' with food triplets in my stomach 😩

Focus now on better choices next week.
