    Weighing in a day early... and I will need to roll this weight over next week as I wont have access to a scale while away. I hope you all have a great week... will be reading from time to time but otherwise taking a mental break while away. Giving myself permission to just be and enjoy and relax.

    Which is super needed after my weekend. Pet owners and parents will relate to my weekend.. 🤯
    I spent most of Sunday (until after midnight)at the Pet ER and was on kitten watch all day yesterday I didnt get anything done (or any sleep researching possible surgeries all night long) today was my doc visits day so running all day. The good news is kitty actually is okay as of 630ish this am... he had swallowed about 8 to 10 inches of rope... which thankfully and a bit painfully he was able to get all the way through his system by himself so no surgery needed. 🤷‍♀️

    All - going to try to get caught up on MUAC before work gets too crazy today. Maybe even learn how to do one of those fancy posts that @Krysless2 does. Don't hold your breath on that last part. :D

    So I’m just so grateful for you, Sue! Your perseverance and strength are something to be admired. Thank you and @JbeanR0212 (and everyone else who keeps up with the momentum and encouraging words) and thank you for just knowing how important this group is to so many people! 🤗😘

    Btw.. I left a template for you in the MUAC spread sheet… regarding the weekly announcement? You just have to copy/paste each line of codes there and enter the weekly winners of course😉

    I am coming back around though after slowly, albeit forcefully, pushing through recovery of one my back spasms. But I think I’m ready to start contributing and posting Announcements again! ☺️


    Quick question: Are you still logging MUAC in our spread sheet?

    Mine is just a small pedaler you use while sitting. It’s perfect for me because I’m just starting out on increasing my exercise! So far so good!

    Ouch on the back spasms. That has to be horrible!

    @sandkp I feel for you! I had the same thing happen with one of my cats years ago. He swallowed a very long string and the vets were not hopeful but thank goodness it did completely pass through! I’m glad your kitty is ok as well! It is very scary when that happens!

    @Krysless2 yes I am, although I haven't since Friday. Not on computer on weekends and was too busy at work yesterday. Plus I couldn't even get into MFP for a good part of the day. 😔. I saw the code, and wondered if that was what it was, but was too chicken to try without knowing. 🙃

    ETA: I believe that it is all caught up now. :) Have to shut down as I'm heading into the office an have to go get dressed. No jeans and t-shirt for me today.
