@pkg1998 Ahahaha, it did help thanks. For 3 weeks I was stucked at 158.6lbs and now I'm at 156.2 lbs and my goal is 145 lbs so I'm very very close. My days are basically 1 protein bar and 1 protein shake with fruits all measured. Dinner is also measured which is usually 1 cup rice with meat or 1 baked potato and my daily 1/2 gallon water. Now that it's getting cool I won't be doing so much water anymore daily. I'm hoping to to hit my goal by Thanksgiving ππππ (kinda very ambitious).2

Please stay, otherwise I for one will miss your encouragement for us. I feel partly to blame as I have not been responding or posting much, and offering the same support as you have. I will work on that.

As a group, we can praise each other for doing well, and commiserate when we don't do so well. It's more about motivation and support than posting impressive stats. I really slipped this past week and as a result, I will probably weigh in about 4 pounds heavier tomorrow! Oh well, I'm just gonna have to get tough on myself for a while. We all have our ups and downs. Sometimes, just not gaining weight is a win.1 -
