    Comments: Another day of eating over calorie goal. I’m not sure why I can’t get back into the mode of sticking to my plan for the week. It’s so much “easier” to get take out rather than cooking but it’s also stupid because I really enjoy cooking.

    @pkg1998 thank you. I’ve actually been motivated more since joining this group. With the health issues I’ve gotten here of late this group has done wonders for me and my weight loss goal of 210 pounds.

    No sorry needed... you are still posting and keeping track. Just keep it going, and as the saying goes, "Just Fake It Until You Make It"!

    Motivation is not necessary, just do the basics:
    Journal, Exercise, try not to go over your calorie goal. If you do go over your goal, realize it's just one day, and is now in the past, focus on your future healthy self! <3
