I think that you are doing a admirable job trying to track while traveling... I get lazy and don't usually. I do try to head for the veggies and fruits, and try to stay away from the fried foods, and desserts. I might have a bite here and there...2 -

Calories - slightly above goal without exercise calories (I was riding in a car most of the day so I can’t count that as exercise even though Fitbit gives me steps ) Thanks for the input on my last question.

Comments - no lunch yesterday because we didn’t stop on the way home which caused me to overeat at dinner since I was tired from the trip. Glad to be back home and get back to a normal routine.2 -

I haven't had any weight loss for a few weeks so I had 1 gigantic meal for lunch which consisted of 2 protein bars, 1 cup grapes, 2 wheat rice cake and a beef jerky stick which totaled 879 calories and I worked out for 156 minutes. I'm hoping this will give me a kick start, oh well if not, I'll still hang in there.💕1 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Still Keeping a low carb routine. Another day of 30 hrs intermittent fasting and not bad I must say. I wasn't hungry as I was distracted by everything and I drank my 1/2 gallon lemon water as usual. Tooting my own horn but I am very proud of myself.2 -

Goals/Day/Comments: I had a fun day today taking several hikes on the North Peninsula coast above San Francisco Bay. I first hiked north and back from Muir Beach Overlook to Slide Ranch (three miles round trip), then I hiked south from Muir Beach to Pirates Cove and back (four miles round trip with 1,074 feet ascent/descent -- I was hoping to find a treasure chest but all I found was an old tire). The last 350 feet down to the cove was more bouldering and scrambling than hiking; it took me ~10 minutes to climb back up.
