Thanks pain is unbearable at times ... not feeling down just tired of laying around and I miss our walks really really really bad ...I have been doing bed exercises so it is something at least1 -

Steps - lots of walking but wasn't wearing my watch. It was charging while I was out.
Calories - 2838. Ouchie. Snacking after dinner.
Exercise - none. Shopped for about 6 hours.
