    Hi Team,

    Apologies for my silence over the past 2 weeks.

    I was away and when I came back I have been in a terrible rollercoaster of binges and I am trying desperately to fix my head and get back to normality of eating and exercising.

    I am away this weekend as well.
    So I should be able to give my weight on Monday 24.
    I weighed in 3 days ago and was at 246.8( but I am sure it's higher now since the binges didn't stop)

    Hope you all have been doing much better.

    Have a nice day

    Another nice loss, although I've been feeling pretty crappy since Monday. Not eating much or exercising.

    Got the flu shot last Wednesday and now it seems like I've got the flu 😳🥺

    Down is good! Hope you're feeling better soon xx

    It's raining here in Portugal. Seems a good excuse not to swim today (outdoor pool) :)
    My partner kindly pointed out that the rain wasn't going to get me any wetter!
    Can't wait to get in my cold wet swimsuit that hasn't dried from yesterday's swim!

    Congrats on the loss and reaching a new decade.

    @IP2021
    Great loss! I hope you start feeling better soon.

    @JaysFan82
    You are doing so well with your weight loss!

    @28Haveitall2020
    I understand binge eating. It’s hard to break the cycle. I know with me stress and lack of sleep affect me the most. Do you have anything in particular that triggers the binge eating?

    @fatfifties
    Swimming in the rain sounds nice to me but I am weird. I used to love walking in the rain. What type of weather are you experiencing now and what is the temperature of the pool?

    I think I pulled a muscle in my my back at the pool yesterday. Every step hurts when I put down my left foot. Every time I turned in bed, I woke up because of the pain. I get my injections this afternoon so hopefully they will help. I am not going to the pool today. On a positive note, the new medication seems to help with the nerve pain in my leg. I will get my Apple Watch October badge with one more exercise session doubling my exercise goal.

    We're travelling in Portugal, it's been really warm and sunny but the weather broke yesterday, heavy rain all day and forecast for a few days. The pool is cold .. 64 degrees but I won't let stop me :)

    Hi everyone - a quick check in!
    Yesterday was my birthday. I took myself to brunch and didn't worry about counting. Enjoyed an indulgent meal: a London Fog, swiss chard and caramelized onion quiche with salad, hashbrowns with green Chile & cheese, and half a piece of Meyer lemon pie. Drove to Ojo Caliente with girlfriends, hiked out to some old mica mines (about 4 mile hike), followed by a few hours in the hot mineral springs. Then pizza for dinner with my hubby! It was a good day.

    This weekend we are driving to El Paso to see a comedy show-- looking forward to a tasty burrito in my future...! Back on the tracking and exercise plan soon.

    @Megan_smartiepants1970 I hope the pain subsides soon!! Are you watching any good shows or movies while recovering?

    Happy Belated Birthday... sounds like you had a great day .... The pain is unbearable I am just uncomfortable to say the least .... As for shows I record everything so I can watch whenever and that I can fast forward since I hate commercials lol

    Happy Belated Birthday! 🎉🎂🥳 Your day sounded great. Now I want quiche. It’s something I keep meaning to make. Will you be weighing in this week?

    @laura9400

    That is the lowest amount of steps I had in along time. I spent most of yesterday in my chair resting my back. It is not quite as bad today but I am sending my husband grocery shopping alone. Hoping one more day of rest will be enough to get back to the pool tomorrow.

    Have a super Saturday!
