I unpacked my scale to weigh-in before heading on our trip!! I won't take it with me so, I won't weigh myself till I get back, so keeping me on support is good. Also, Lis, I still want to compete in the 11 lbs. by 12/21. I just won't weigh back in till the middle of next month. I hope this doesn't cause any issues.

Exercise - a lot. Lol. Gym early morning. 9 machines and 19 minutes walking outside. Pickleball after that for 2 hours. Walked home from that and took 38 minutes.1 -

Make sure you're counting your calories accurately. If you are then don't worry,
sometimes it takes a while for the scales to catch up! Keep going and you'll see the reward eventually!0 -

Congrats on reaching goal! I will get you moved over for November. You still remain on the Downsizers team and will weigh in weekly. I need a maintenance range you want to stay in. I will put it as 162 to 164 for now until you let me know. If you are out of your range for two weeks in a row, you move back to the main team until you are back in range.Sorry for the delay 😔

I agree with @fatfifties. If you are not using a food scales I recommend you do.

I am giving myself a check for exercise as I did some strength training and then I cleaned up my plants on the balcony. It’s something I have been putting off. Just have to get rid of the pots I don’t want for next year. Time to go grocery shopping.3 -

It's my happy place, and the easiest place to stick to my diet! I don't buy or keep any of my danger foods in the motorhome!
In January 22 i read a free book called never binge again by Glenn Livingston and it really helped me with the binging!
I had a weak moment earlier in the week, met up with some friends and ended up on a mega binge! All back under control again now, just have to shift the 4lb I gained!! Thanks for your advice and support x
Wow, I didn't expect you to say Spain! That is awesome. I visited Madrid and Barcelona and was so surprised by the many terrains that Spain had to offer. My daughter was with me or else I would have explored some of the other areas, (she likes the big cities) I hope to return someday. Thank you for the book referral - I'll give it a try. I'm eating breakfast now - just tea and cereal. Headed to the gym then a massage at noon! Gotta do my early voting today too. Then going down to Albuquerque this afternoon and will have dinner at our favorite Vietnamese restaurant.
