    Calories - 2680. Ugh.
    Exercise - a lot. Lol. Gym early morning. 9 machines and 19 minutes walking outside. Pickleball after that for 2 hours. Walked home from that and took 38 minutes.

    Make sure you're counting your calories accurately. If you are then don't worry,
    sometimes it takes a while for the scales to catch up! Keep going and you'll see the reward eventually!

    I seem to be maintaining between 162 and 164 for weeks now. I think im ok as i am, dont really need to loose anymore, can you switch me to the maintenance group for November please. Thanks for all your support 😊

    Congrats on reaching goal! I will get you moved over for November. You still remain on the Downsizers team and will weigh in weekly. I need a maintenance range you want to stay in. I will put it as 162 to 164 for now until you let me know. If you are out of your range for two weeks in a row, you move back to the main team until you are back in range.

    I am giving myself a check for exercise as I did some strength training and then I cleaned up my plants on the balcony. It’s something I have been putting off. Just have to get rid of the pots I don’t want for next year. Time to go grocery shopping.

    In January 22 i read a free book called never binge again by Glenn Livingston and it really helped me with the binging!

    Wow, I didn't expect you to say Spain! That is awesome. I visited Madrid and Barcelona and was so surprised by the many terrains that Spain had to offer. My daughter was with me or else I would have explored some of the other areas, (she likes the big cities) I hope to return someday. Thank you for the book referral - I'll give it a try.     Went to my podiatrist appointment today ... still very ugly ... black n blue ... swollen and he said I have an infection around one of my screws ...He gave me antibotics and a stronger pain med ...and said stay off of it ..elevated etc (which I already do) I can not catch a break (literally )

    Awgghhh, Megan, I'm very sorry to hear about this news. Big hug being sent out to you.

    I wish it was back in the 140s again but I'll get there. I haven't been doing well on steps - need to work on that for next week.

    I'm eating breakfast now - just tea and cereal. Headed to the gym then a massage at noon! Gotta do my early voting today too. Then going down to Albuquerque this afternoon and will have dinner at our favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

    @IP2021 I seemed to always gain a pound or two after strong hikes, bike rides, etc and learned it was because I wasn't drinking enough water so my body was holding on to water. As I increased my water intake this retention went away.
