    Hi, Everyone! I just got caught up on your posts. I’m so sorry I haven’t been around. We’re still displaced from the hurricane, so no scale still. I’m not eating right and I’m mostly not walking or doing anything healthful.

    I’m so sorry you’ve had a tough time, dear Jenn! I do pray for you all and you are all in my heart. My last known weight is 212.0.

    Been cleaning the house again of Thanksgiving 🦃 not that my kids care. Also been spending time in my craft room listening to Hallmark Christmas movies 🎄🥰 That's my happy place in the winter. The TV is behind me when I'm sewing and those movies are the perfect thing. You don't need to see them to know what's going to happen. 😂🥰

    Question - how does everyone plan to handle Thanksgiving?
    1. Eat at a deficit now to bank some calories?
    2. Deny yourself mashed potatoes and/or dessert?
    3. Eat a little of everything in moderation?
    4. Throw caution to the wind and deal with the aftermath next week?

    @JbeanR0212 don't apologize for not being able to lose weight! Your body needs lots of nourishment and rest so that you can heal. Take care of yourself, that's the most important thing. <3

    @JbeanR0212 I don't know. People come and go, often without saying Hello, Good-bye or kiss my *kitten* (as my mother would say LOL). I try not to let it bother me, but sometimes it hurts when it's someone who I thought I'd developed a friendship with. I just have to remind myself that we are just strangers on the internet after all. That and appreciate those that are still here. :)
