    Nice job ladies, nice to see you so active and progressing so well. I just finished 8A tonight and will do B this weekend.

    How are you figuring your calorie burns? I have a Polar FT4 and in the manual it says it is only good for aerobic activities like walking, jogging, running, & hiking, not for anaerobic activities like HITT and weight training.
