Sorry everyone. This has been a tough week to eat healthy. Did loads of exercise and tried to stay around 2000 calories but the quality of food was not good. Today and tomorrow are my last days of staying with family then back to serious healthy eating by Monday ❤️

I took it easy on Thursday to ensure my leg got some rest. It still felt a little off and I'm really looking forward to leg day for some reason.....I actually didn't mind this unscheduled rest day.

Crazy loss! My weight dropped 5 pounds overnight. Who knew a toothache was a weight loss tool. 😂 Once I start eating again I am sure it will jump up a bit. Still having pain and swelling so I may never get to eat properly again.

PW (Previous Weight): 153.4 pounds (was down 3.9 pounds last week which blew me away)
CW (Current Weight): 153.2 pounds (pleasantly surprised that I didn't have a gain this week after such a big loss last week)
Lost 0.2 pounds since last Saturday.
Down 16.9 pounds from my highest weigh in 2016.

PW (Previous Weight): 153.4 pounds (was down 3.9 pounds last week which blew me away)
CW (Current Weight): 153.2 pounds (pleasantly surprised that I didn't have a gain this week after such a big loss last week)
Lost 0.2 pounds since last Saturday.
Down 16.9 pounds from my highest weigh in 2016.

Last week was a weird week to see how I did. The scales were great but I ate very little because of the tooth pain. Exercise was terrible. I missed my step goal a few days. My focus this week is to get at least 2 pool days. My doctor suggested I pick an incentive to get me exercising. Anyone have any suggestions?2 -

Went out with my spouse for V Day dinner last night. We always go the weekend after to avoid set menus.
Had penne arrabiata last night. Lol already had it logged on the app a couple days in advance. My gf commented "are you really trying to measure out two cups of pasta on your plate"
