Kathy I had problems before also. I also reinstalled mine. Works pretty good most times. I have bad reception in the basement at work. Causes some issues. And we can't get good service in our area at home either. Not my fit bits problem though. Let me know if you switch. Nice lose this week.

Karen sorry about the rough flight. Glad you are safe.

Paula thanks for inviting me to the challenge with Hogwarts. It is going well so far.

I feel really bad for all the people affected by the earth quakes. Makes me so grateful that all I have to deal with is snow and cold. My prayers are going out to them.

Chris nice workout. Collin is going to be crawling before we know it.

I did challenge workouts this morning and sorted boxes in the afternoon. It took hours to re-stack a dozen boxes of files and carry another 18 boxes of books from the garage to the bedroom. The result was very sore arms - but a good sore.

It's been hard to control cravings lately, as if my body needed real foods instead of coffee and powders. Or it may just be a carb/protein imbalance reset. Who knows. Anyway, today felt normal again. Hoping the scales are nice about it.

    Paula

Shell, your aquariums are way cool.

I have Collin Duty this morning and then I'm walking to the post office. It's supposed to be a sunny afternoon...I sure hope so...we'll just have to wait and see.

    Chris,

I'm planning on walking to the post office today too, for the first time in ages. I'm testing my knee's ability to do hills and this is about a half hour down and the same back up, and SUCH a good workout. Excited!

Don't have the grandbaby benefit like you do though... Enjoy. Hugs.

    Will be thinking of you.

Paula, just so you know...I had knee issues on my walk today. First time in forever...well, since my really bad fall back during the first lock down. You know...the fall that got my knee, wrist, and face. UGH! Anyway, guess I need a lot more arthritis cream on it.
I got 5.82 miles done in 113 mins. Would have done more but I needed the potty really, really bad!! :D

Football isn't as much fun sine Derek moved out, so I'll probably just fast fwd thru the recording. So much better with loved ones, isn't it, Chris! Have so much fun.

I didn't make it to the P.Ofc yesterday, gonna try again today. Like you, this will be a test. Hope we twin up again, and both have successful results. So excited to be mobile again.

I pulled raspberry vines yesterday till I was exhausted. Then last night I started filing more books I found in the garage till I was ready to drop. Had meals in between for strength, and got munchies for PB&honey at midnight. Somehow managed to gain 2LB overnight despite eating under my exercise calories. :noway:

May be putting on muscle (as well as munchie-weight) but gonna keep pounding the workouts. I need this so bad after the last few years of idleness. Esp at my age now.

    Best to y'all. :flowerforyou:

    Shelley,

Saw this on facebook and thought of you. I always wondered what this would do to the fish. It just doesn't feel right?

I made it to the post office and back and am not crippled. Opens up walking as an option again. Still not losing weight but my metabolism is revved.

Chris I wish I had such wonderful places to walk. I just need to get out. No post office walking for me though. Maybe when I retire. Wonder how far it is by foot?

Paula I am not convinced that it is good to drop fish like that. Must be super stressful. But once they hit the water and swim away it would be glorious. Out of those little holding, over crowded nasty tanks. I do wonder if some get stuck and die in the planes belly though. That would be awful. I had a fish get stuck in my net once. Its fins were tangled up in it. Had to cut it to get him out. I don't use nets on large fish now. I corral them with my hands and scoop them out in a colander.

You did great on your walk Paula!

Our aquarium hood was acting up lately. Fans quit working. Lights were coming on and off. Crazy. So last night we took it off and started a 3 hour process of opening it up and replacing wiring, fans, lights, the control panel. We had another hood (same type) due to a warranty issue. We stripped down anything we could salvage and made one working hood! Now to find where we can get replacement lights for it. We found the whites. But so far no blues.

Worked out to Kelly Coffey Meyer with a friend yesterday. She picked a legs and back one. It involved 3 different sets of pushups. My back is sore. But like you Paula in a good way.

Still researching those tanks. The Cade one was on sale last November. $1100 off for the one I like. I will have to keep an eye on them.

Chris here is a workout with Paul Eugene. My mom loves him and someone posted it in the other challenge. I think you could use your own music and make it your own. Might be good for March.

Chris I see lots of similarities between those two boys! So much fun to come. Also I forgot to mention. I did go out last night. Went to a friends home for the super bowl game. There were 2 small children so we did not really hear the television. :D

    Thank you, my friends!!
Shelley, we have two TVs...one in the TV room and one in the computer room. Ronan high-jacked the computer room so the grown ups were in the TV room. Pat played computer with Ronan while watching the game...the rest of us are nachos and chips and stuff!!
Had Collin Duty this morning then my trainer for 60 mins. Its beautiful today...hope tomorrow is the same for walking.

Shell- WOW! That's gorgeous! Love how passionate you are!

I've been so crazy busy can't keep my head on straight....I ate way too much yesterday...snack central. Was it a full moon? Maybe my superbowl handover? Sad the Eagles didn't win...but a great ride for this city 😞

Was meant to go out to dinner with a friend last night who was in town for work. He had to cancel his trip, which wasn't a bad thing to be honest. I didn't need to eat out again :) and it gave me the opportunity to go to yoga. Really challenging over class wow!

Donated blood today - they like type O... Then they told me that I wasn't allowed exertion for 24hr afterward, so today was a rest day.

Paula, HA! I'm type O too!! Good job getting poked!
Just finished Collin Duty. I need to walk to the post office....around noon...or 1:00 when it is 56 degrees but feels like 53 degrees because the wind is at 12 mph NNW. Much better than yesterday, for sure!

Which are you Chris, Negative or Positive?

Bought some paint samples last night. Painting our bedroom this weekend. I am excited. It has really needed a facelift.
