Previous weight 188 lbs
Current weight 185 lbs
Well Slimsons, it was great belonging to such a great team of people known as the Slimsons. Even though we have not met each one has made a difference in my life. Our journey to be a healthier version of ourselves is not over. But I believe for myself it is time to leave this challenge. Thanks to Gloria and all volunteers.

Today is weigh in day I gain 4.5lbs YIKES but It is what it is🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ still staying positive I know what changes needed to be made and already doing it plus somethings out of my control that I refuse to worry about just staying focus and taking 1 step at a time.
