Been chugging along, logging my food and staying under. Other than Tuesday (statement day at work) yesterday was the only day last week (M - Su) that I did not do any formal exercise. My husband and I will usually go for a walk on Sundays, however I was sore from my longer walk on Saturday and needed a rest. Plus, my husband needed to use his only day off wisely. That meant getting the grass cut, and power washing the patio table and chairs and deep cleaning the barbeque.2

Okay Tuesday check in... thought with work slowing down I could too but seems life is still busy. I HAVE to figure out me time. I logged yesterday and it was an eye opening reminder that I am off track. I have loat so much of the hard earned progress I had made and that kist makes it harder (literally as the knees feel it) to move to get back on track.
My biggest issue is putting myself first. I have 27+ years of not doing that and have to bash my head to readjust (not literally) it isnt easy. Baby steps.5 -

Can we say distracted much... my 365 days of being on mfp streak came and went and I didnt even catch it. Looking at day 368! Now lets see if I can turn that into a productive start for new goals!4
