Day 6
2 minutes walking
1 minute 2 steps forward towards a wall then 2 push ups then 2 steps back
1 minute step to the side but dip as you do it and swing those arms.
1 minute jog (jog for count of 12345 then stop the repeat)

Cat I hope you get better soon if I am stuck in bed I do bed exercises like rotating my ankles, sliding my legs up and down, lie on my side and do leg lifts each side (gentle ones) yoga breathing . It stops me feeling miserable that u am doing nothing.

1 minute side steps and using weights for arms

Completed my day 7
Hot my water goal and fruit target.
This week aim is to eat more veg.
Day I had tomatoes, celery but that was all so need to have more tomorrow.0 -
Getting better. In the middle of a course of steroids, so not about to get back on board til that is ove and I can exercise again. Still very congested and slight fever but definitely on the mend.

Veggies are easy for me. What is hard is NOT eating cookies.

Day 8
A bit strange but try it, i have the grandchildren here today so we are going to do jungle theme workout
2 minutes walking ( your waling in the jungle so shield your eyes as you look left and right for tigers)
1 minute sstanding apart and taping your foot and swinging with your arms as you swing throgh the trees (reach frowards as you swing your arms to reach the branches)
1 minute tiptoe 12345 on the spot the forwards 12345 repeat
1 minute step and reach up as if trying to get a banana
I said it was a crazy one haha2 -

We did thanks, we did lots if easter things and the exercise, dinner was stew so had all my veg in one go.

Sorry I have been so busy today to create a new one, hubby has been ill and had my 5 and 6 year old grandchildren I haven't stopped.

Finally recovering. Ended up needing antibiotics and steroids for sinus and ear infections. Then my eyes got infected. Slowly improving and hope to actuslly do Ann’s challenge tomorrow plus try to eat normally. My appetite is improving, so I hope to be back on track with everything next week1

1 minute legs apart give a little jump
on right then left leg clap hands
1 minute ski swinging straight arms
1 minute do some a cha cha dance steps"1 -

1 minute stand with legs slightly apart and
step first left leg forwards to the
left then the right leg ( like a v shape)
then back to start move your arms too
1 minute hold the wall and lift legs twisting them
to the sides
1 minute with legs bent slightly and apart bounce
and punch arms out to the sides"1 -

2 minutes walking
1 minute side stepping and rowing with you arms
as if you in a canoe
1 minute doing the twist and shout ( come on lets
twist again like we did last summer) going up
and down
1 minute step 1 2 3 4 5 then do a wall push ups
then repeat

Not good put on a pound but I guess its Easter eggs and cake.
I must try to be a good girl but with kids giving me 3 big eggs it's hard.2 -

Yesterday, I found myself doing Ann’s moves throughout the day. Waiting on tea water to boil, sidestep til the water rolls. Go to the bathroom, march in place while washing hands. Walk through the dining room, wall pushups on the empty wall space ten times. Walk to the mailbox, swing my arms and hope the neighbors arent looking. Whatever I can remember from your daily plans, i can scatter here and there whenever I think of it. I hope to make this a habit.
Today I start tracking again. Taking my five year old granddaughter on a shopping and lunch date. There will be plenty of walking around Target😂1
