Procedure went well. I weighed 157.3 at the endoscopy center wearing clothes and shoes. I was happy to see that number, but I know it was only because I was empty and dehydrated.
Broke my 42 hour fast with a nice breakfast made by hubbie. Now back to sensible eating.

Glad to hear the procedure is over, Randi. Sensible eating is the key, isnt it. You’ve got the exercise thing down pat. Keep pushing those scales downward! I wish I was as dedicated as you are.

It was a day of healthy eating but no exercise as I was told not to. I'll get back to it tomorrow. Hope you had a good day. Early to bed for me.1

Eating was okay I think but i didn’t track. Minimum exercise. Lots of sewing.

I didn't track today, but am sure I went over on calories. I was making up for a few days of being restricted. I had a yoga class and also did core and lower body work.
Remember that babysitting IS exercise.1 -

Tracking today. Had a peanut butter and banana sandwich for breakfast. Already did the elliptical and weights. Going to take a shower, fix lunch and then sew the rest of the day.
I listen to audiobooks on the elliptical machine. Just finished a great one. The Maid by Nita Prose. A good book pushes me to extend my time with exercise.0 -
