Beautiful day in the virginia mountains today. Went to church for the first time in a month, praying I would have a coughing fit and I didn’t. Maybe I am finally getting well.
Still doing Ann’s little workouts at every opportunity. Five minutes is so bearable!

Continuing to eat badly but sticking with Ann’s five minutes whenever I can. Started a new antibiotic yesterday and already starting to feel better. Can’t wait to kick this crud and try to get back to normal. Or does normal even exist anymore?
Did you watch the eclipse? I didn’t, but I sure have enjoyed pictures from people who did.

Ann, I'm sorry that you are going through so much right now. Please continue to take good care of yourself, and I hope you have the support you deserve and need. Thanks so much for posting the routines. I've had to shift most of my exercise indoors because of foul weather lately, so I've appreciated using your instructions to liven things up.
Cat, I hope that the antibiotic knocks out whatever you have!
I'm doing okay. I had a less than stellar week after after my second shingles vaccine. The aches are finally just about gone. I am just starting to get my eating back under control. Fingers crossed that it continues.

Checking in. I am still here. Still failing with eating and exercising.
    Trying again.
At least I do Ann’s move for five minutes stuff.

Yesterday I tracked calories and exercised. Going for the same success today. I am tired of being fat.

I, too, am tired of being fat. I'm so disappointed in myself for letting this happen. I haven't given up yet.

    Walked my 20 minutes today.
On the beach. In powdery sand.
    The new knee did great.
The one I haven’t replaced yet was okay too.
    This makes me so happy!

Randi- if I tell you I ate half of a key lime pie, would that make you feel better? 😬

Walking on the beach is the best! Are you on vacation? Glad the new knee is doing a good job.
Doesn't make me feel any better. I'm sad that you are having trouble, too. :'(

    Happy mother’s day everyone.
Got home last night. Ready to start again tomorrow. Setting low goals this time. Aiming for half a pound weightloss this week with 20 min exercise 5 days minimum. Goal2 is log everything every day.
Goal3 is to be grateful for opportunity to try again. Every day.

Tomorrow's weight is my starting weight. Slow loss is preferable to what I have been experiencing. Let's do this!

Yesterday and today have gone well. Let's hope this is the start of a trend. I have my yearly physical tomorrow morning. I know my PCP is going to give me heck. :(

Randi, how did the doc visit go?
I have eaten some bad stuff this week, but I logged every bit of it. That eased the guilt a bit.
Keeping the grands tomorrow so I wont get structured cardio.

All is well. I have to have routine labs and it's time for another DEXA scan. She didn't mention my weight gain. :)
You'll get plenty of exercise tomorrow, even if it is not structured! :D Enjoy the grands!
