Kathy that sounds good. I am also optimistic. Posted in our April chat.

Chris you walk more than anyone I know. Fantastic.

Cleaned the aquariums today. Went to the movies. Walked the dogs for a mile. Libby was carried part way. Such a diva.

    Happy Easter everyone.

Here is the new crown molding and new paint job. Sara, Rocky’s cat, is happy to have her room back.

Hey Chris thanks. That room really needed a makeover.

Speaking of makeovers everyone, for those of you who are physically able to do burpees watch the following .

My internet is screwy and kicks me off after a few minutes, which is frustrating, which is why I've been aWOL. Also can't log my food, gone crazy, turned into a bump on the log and afraid to weigh. But it's so relaxing! LOL!!

Gonna post now before it dies.
    Love all,

Paula I have been having issues with mine also lately. Drives me nuts.

I have been working out in spurts the last 2 days. Glad to have been getting it done though. Libby loved her bike ride. Went to Journey concert last night. So only got in a few burpees and 15 pushups. Should do better tonight. My FitBit has been giving me fits. Not tracking my steps correctly. Could be my internet though.

Collin Duty this morning then played Hop Scotch on the patio w/Ronan!! Hysterical!! His first adventure at Hop Scotch...our items tossed were rubber sea toys..bouncy!! Grandma cannot hop on her right leg (hip surgery leg) and clumsy hopping on her left! Ronan didn't quite get the toss your toy and jumping over that square. The squares were way too big and drawn differently because he is 6 and was making it up as we were chalking the patio!! We got Grandpa involved and it got funnier and funnier!!
    Then I made soup.

Kathy and Chris you two are doing a great job tracking.

Got in a great body weight workout yesterday. Today I found out that I have a meeting at City Hall to go to. No workout tonight. Will get in my pushups anyway.

I find that we are often hardest on ourselves. I thought this would be a great time to think on that. By listening to this song.

I got 6.35 miles done in 117 mins this afternoon. I did have to stop in the bushes for a short time, tho... :# So glad no one else was on the trail. I went to the Ruins instead of Laural Park.

Chris that is hilarious. It would be nice to have rest stops along trails for pedestrians. I am glad no one was around also. I wonder how many other folks have had to do the same thing.

Karen I need to do more yoga. Great time.

Shelley, there are so few restrooms in the Oakley Parks/Playgrounds...it's really sad. There are three playgrounds/parks on that walking path and none of them have restrooms for the kids..or me!! One of them has a basket ball court and a sand volley ball court. Another one has a play ground and a soccer playing field. The third is a kids playground. Why don't those have restrooms?? Nopey, nope!!
We have a playground/park on the way to the water canal that didn't have a restroom UNTIL they built a Dog Park next to the playground. Who takes their dogs to the Dog Park??? Grownups!! Not kids!! EGADS MAN!!!
Anyway, glad I made you laugh!! I did have to turn my phone down just in case it started talking and whoever was on the other side of the brick wall wondered what was going on and decided to investigate... :#:D

Going to the Garden Shop with the kids this afternoon. I'm hoping to find some Plumbago plants. We'll just have to wait and see. We are waiting for Collin to finish napping.
Maybe I'll get to walk this afternoon. Yesterday was 6.14 miles in 119 mins. I did go to Laurel Park. There were two kid's baseball games going on and lots of folks watching. I was surprised that the Dog Park baseball field was empty and the Basin was empty!! Crazy!! It was a good walk.

Chris you could make it your mission to have a rest area put in for walkers. Great walk and fun day for you.

So busy today. Company and aquarium cleaning day. Fun though.

Collin Duty this morning. Sara's first day back to work. She is so stressed. Everything should work out. Then going to see my trainer for 60 mins. She got back from her trip this past weekend and should have some good stories. Makes the workout go faster.
