Finally shed the water weight but not much of a loss. A few days ago I was sitting at 183.2. It has not been the greatest period of eating. I ate out too much and as I was feeling low all week it made me want to eat. My average calories are way higher than normal. I have just over a week before we go to Newfoundland. I was hoping to be at 175 but now I will be happy with getting to 85 pounds lost (.8 pounds away).

    Have a super Friday!

Its trending in the right direction - Thats a win!

Not disappointed in the scale anymore. I was going to go swimming but I can not wear my bathing suit anymore. I knew it was too big but now it’s not wearable. I ordered 3 and they will be here tomorrow. I just packed up everything that is too big. I decided to give them all away to the goodwill.

Heck yeah! Kick that stuff to the curb! Never going back again 💪🏽

I'm actually a little surprised given the stressful and super busy weeks I've had at work. Once more working weekend and big week of presentations ahead of me and the we have the 4th of July holiday around the corner followed by our oldest daughter's weekend. 2 more weeks to make sure I can fit into the tuxedo rental!

@lindamtuck2018 - I guess I didn't read my earlier post very well as I left a few words out. Yes, our oldest daughter is getting married on July 8th. They're great for each other and we're very happy for them and excited to share this joyous event with family and friends.

Healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week so you are within the range. Are you logging your food? What do you have as a calorie deficit? We also can have a smaller than expected or even a gain if we retain water. Water weight can be caused by everything from salty food to even travel.
