Here are the rest of my steps for last week
6/16- 4,767
6/17- 3,727
Did I get booted from the team monthly challenge? Saw I wasn't asked to weigh in last Saturday. I think I do actually need a break for the rest of the month to get things reprioritized though and just focus on walking only. I will continue the steps but will get back in the challenge in the new one for July. Is that good?

You have not been booted from the team ..but you do have 1 NWI ...You can still weigh in and it will be a LWI.... you will only be booted if you get 2 NWI's in a row .... Enjoy your break... We all need those once in a while

You were not booted from the team. I may have made an error and not put your name on the weight reminder list. I can put you on support if you would like. I think continuing to weigh even when repriortizing can be a good idea. I know personally when I move to support, I tend to totally go off the rails. It is up to you. Let me know what you decide.2 -

Yesterday was my daughters graduation from nursing. I was so proud to see her walk across the stage and get her degree. We went out to dinner last night to celebrate. I know my logged food for the last few days has not been accurate as the restaurants did not have calorie counts. I am sick of eating out and my weight shows this as I am up.
I am off to the pain clinic for my injections. Have a terrific Tuesday!
