Not surprised - very busy week for both Susan and I and we ended up eating out several nights this week. Last night was Mexican with the typical sodium overload which I'm sure contributed a bit to my gain this week.3 -

the withings says I have lost fat and gained muscle but I don't know how much I can trust it.
I don’t even look at mine. I would like to get my body fay, lean muscle etc. measured somewhere. I can’t remember what they are called. I looked before and there is none near me.0 -

Tried to do some walking and exercises. Got about 17 minutes total but not counting it. I was smart and listened to my body and took it easy. I got up early to have my coffee so I can get to the pool before grocery shopping.

I got off keto the other day because I was feeling a bit off.. so I introduced some fruit back into my diet and my weight loss automatically stopped lol. I plan to take it easy for a bit but I'm not giving up.3 -

Working to get back down to 142.2 pounds which is what I got down to when I wasn't well but since I previously got down to 142.2 pounds because I couldn't eat much, when I got back to regular eating again I put weight back on. Now I'm trying to re-lose it the proper way.

There are all kinds of reasons for a small gain. How was your food intake? Do you weigh, measure and log your food daily? Keep being active and watching your diet. The scales will cooperate.

Exercise: 4/4. Success
Great week in meeting my goals and for weight loss. The exercise one is the toughest one. My body rebels the day after and I don’t want to do anything. My goal this week is to move everyday even if it is to get a total of 15 minutes of walking.
