Back from vacation. Had a great time. Didn't go too crazy with the food or booze except for last night. Went for a 5km run on Friday and walked a ton. Around 22,000 steps a day. We will see what the scale says Thursday but I'm not worried.

Welcome back! You got to see a great come from behind win yesterday!

It was so exciting. Lol I had been cursing the player that hit the winning home run pretty much the entire season and boy did he make me eat my words

Use what ever motivates you. We need all the motivation we can get. My husband buys treats I really don’t like. Get a lock box for your husbands treats. He keeps the key and you can’t be tempted.

On holiday again! Away with my best friend of 23 years .... we have both just had our 60th birthdays! I'm doing OK food wise, plenty of walking, but not liking the extra calories from alcohol!! :( Got no weighing scales so fingers crossed for Friday!

I've got my next 5km race Saturday night. I'm hoping to break 27:16 which was my time last race. Getting below 27 minutes would be sweet

You can do it. Did you guys have the storm last night? My apartment felt like it was shaking.

Sending you lots of positive vibes. What is keeping you from getting back on track? Is there a small change you can make and then build on that?

I had no clue how to add the food from the potluck. I didn’t eat a lot. I just found a generic potluck plate and added the mid range one. I have to go add the baileys. It says I am over for the day but I can’t see it with the amount I ate.

    Happy hump day.

    Question:

Do you donate your clothes when you go to a smaller size or save them?

    Storm wasn't too bad here.

I donated all my smaller clothes to Goodwill but kept an old pair of my work pants. It's fun to try them on once in a while.

    Tuesday Recap

    - Eating only at Hunger Level 3: No. Still working on the magic combo that leaves me hungry for dinner :)
    - Water (Goal 64 oz) : 97+ on water!
    - Increased intensity while walking on treadmill: yes but no additional due to rain. The rain has really sabotaged my steps!!!

    - THOUGHTS: I may have figured out the water "thing", at least for Monday - Friday. I use to drink a 16.9 oz bottle on the way to work. I've now increased that to 24 with the goal to finish by the time I get to work. Then I can casually sip 32 for the remainder of the day, any more is a bonus. Then another 24 oz on the way home. That's a total of 80. Water with dinner, another bonus~ This also gives me the ability to cut my water consumption off earlier in the evening. Let's see how this works!

Success Is The Sum Of Small Efforts, Repeated Day In And Day Out

@stacimfit ~ Sending positive vibes your way. You got this!

@Aactuallyaash ~ Nice loss, keep with it!

@motivatedM3 ~ Nice loss, way to go!

@slimmersixties ~ enjoy your vacation. Get back on track when you get home!

@lindaamtuck2018 ~ I usually donate clothes if I really don't like them, but this time around, as I shrink (slow shrink) out of sizes, I do plan to donate. Right now I have a house full (literally - my closet, some in the basement) of clothes ranging from 14 to 18. I got rid of all the smaller sizes a while ago as it didn't seem that I'd ever get back there, and IF I did, they wouldn't be in style🙂

I save mine just in case my weight goes up ...My weight is like a roller coaster so I always want to be prepared and not have to buy new clothes
