I am camping for ten days and can’t keep my steps. I’m going to bow out of the step challenge until august
Congrats on the loss! Losing weight when on vacation is impressive.Signed up for two more 5km races in September. We will see what the weather is like after that and play it by ear. I hate running in the cold. My next race is August 12.

I know this is mostly water weight but I am so happy! Had a few temptations and had a bit of a blip on Saturday (within my calories though so I guess it wasn't a blip)
This week my partner is going away for a about 10 days and usually that means a free-for-all with uber eats and pizza deliveries. I have been ordering hello fresh and I have 2 meals left plus another 4 coming on thursday... I also have some fruit at home that I'm going to try and snack on.
Have a good week all! Hugs to all that are grieving and hurting... losing a pet is so hard ❤️

Hey everyone, I sincerely apologize for not being active this last week. A lot has been going on. In the process of applying to be a 911 operator and had to do a polygraph test, found out one of my close friends is in the hospital, and so much more. I have actually signed up for an online therapist as well to get some extra help and have a safe space to get things sorted out. I have certainly not been eating well and after I get this job I am going to take advantage of the benefits and get a primary care physician and a nutritionist. Life has been so crazy lately but I don't want to keep using that as an excuse to continue making poor choices. I appreciate everyone's patience. Happy Monday and I hope everyone is doing well regardless of our struggles!!

Its getting close to my Doctor's appointment.. I just need to get down to 245-247 before I go.. I'm extremely happy about my progress so far,you all are AMAZING. I appreciate the motivation.
However,my birthday is Wednesday,and I'm kinda nervous I will pick up a few pounds..
And my watch didn't come in today,so I'm still using my phone...
I hope you all had a GREAT Monday.. I'm going to hangout around the house wind down,and get ready for work in the morning..4 -

I apologize for not being the best co-captain as of late ... I suffer from kidney stones and I have a fever ...I slept most of the day away yesterday and today ... I am hoping to get well soon ..thanks for sticking with me while I recover ... it has been an awful week and a day5

Nice job losing weight while camping. There are so many goodies when sitting around the campfire. My favourite is roasted marshmallows. Brown on the outside and gooey on the inside. Yum!

Good morning! I was hoping to get to the pool but I have the worst headache from the stupid cold hubby gave me. Thankfully, the pain specialist is allowing me to come in for my needles. I will have to make do with mini walks again today. I think I ended up with over 30 minutes of exercise on my watch. Those mini walks add up.
Yesterday, my weight went up quite a few pounds do to a high sodium meal the day before. This morning my scales wanted to know if it was me or someone else weighing in because of the water weight drop. 😂1 -

Congrats on your lose to date. Losing weight helped me to get off insulin. My A1C was 5.4 the last checkup. That officially puts me in the non diabetic range. Below 5.5 is normal. I do take ozempic but that is more to help me lose weight. I started that in March. I have lost almost 90 pounds over the last 4 years.
