    @SavageMrsMoose - I can relate to the shingles shot - I was so sick and lasted for a few days so my Dr told me not to even bother with second shot - otherwise, I could be more sick; same thing with flu shot - I get terribly sick so I don't get them anymore - it's been quite a few years since I had a flu shot

    @Pupowl - I hear you about the rain, you're more gutsy than me - I hate getting wet case in point rain&snow today in SE WISCONSIN- So I'll be skipping the walking I think I'll just rode my indoor bike - I did pilates this morning

    We are celebrating where I'm at. There's 4 high schools where I'm at. The hs I graduated from our football team won class 3 Division state championships. We are very proud of these boys and their noise. They did awesome yall. Belive it or not this community is only 60000 ppl but it's spread out and lots of rural areas and very small towns. Out biggest town is around 10000 ppl, give or take.

    November was a good month for me exercise-wise. I did everything I had planned to with the exception of a 10k run I had planned to do the Saturday after Thanksgiving. A sore tendon caused me to postpone the 10k to another time.
    • 🧘‍♂️14 hours of yoga
    • ☯ 7 hours of tai chi
    • 💪8 hours of strength training
    • 💗3 hours of cardio
    • 🤽‍♂️15 hours of water aerobics
    • 🏊‍♂️ 4 hours of swimming (7,425 yards)
    • 🚶‍♂️31 hours of walking/running (50 miles running, ~42 miles walking)
    • 👣 375k steps
    This was the first time that I've run every day totaling 50 miles for the month. I'm considering trying another 10k next Saturday, December 9th.

    Unfortunately, I wasn't as successful on the weight loss front. I gained a couple pounds during the month! ☹️
