I now weigh the same as my husband! I know that is silly but one of my goals is to weigh less than my husband. 🔥
Not silly at all.. me and @bowens1973 are in a constant battle to weigh less than one another tee hee
I had him for a long while but he's slipped below me again. Game on!!
Love It!! My hubby doesn’t know I’m challenging him.. maybe I should share 🤭

Hello! Good morning lovely group. I have fallen off of things the last few days - my meal plan, logging, this group. It happens and I am trying hard not to be too self-critical over it. I'm back now, though!
January was a full month and I was spread thin across a heavy client load, networking, and planning for events I was part of. Whew! Taking the weekend to get caught up at home and reset so I can get back on track in taking care of myself.7 -

This is great! My husband is so much taller than I am that at one point I weighed 100 pounds less than him, and both of us were overweight Now we have both lost quite a bit and we are comfortable at a mere 80 pounds apart. We kind of look at it like dog years - my pounds are worth 1.7 of his pounds. We're always comparing our "daily exchange rate". Have fun with it!6 -
One more page of posts to read but I’m posting my weight now so I don’t get distracted and forget.

Not much but it’s green. I’ll take it.
@Gidgitgoescrzy Hoping you get all good news on your testing. I hope what @daria0919 said is true for you as well.
@jugar It’s hard! I will read your article soon. I am still letting the easy rule me, but I can do hard things. Glad you were able to get out snowshoeing.
@lauren_989 so funny. I missed knowing you when I lived in Greensboro by about a month. You joined right after I moved away. Now I see you wearing a Monterey, California sweatshirt and I also lived there! My husband grew up in Monterey. Looks like your trip has been fun.
@Kali225 Your skiing weekends sound so much fun!! Good for you getting that fun exercise.
I’m not completely logging but logging more. I took a nice walk today at an arboretum and did some Pilates this am. I’ll get better.5 -
LAST CALL! A couple more numbers needed to end this week and month -
@CupcakeCrusoe
@zankash23
Thanks!1 -
@micki48 that is funny! I got that sweatshirt when I went to visit my aunt and uncle living there several years ago. He was in the military (retired) and was stationed there. We went to the aquarium and it was awesome! Wow, thinking about it, it had to be 15+ years ago we went!
We are going to head home from Florida tomorrow. I went to the ymca here today and was able to do my body pump class which was nice. It has been a decent trip sticking to plan, however I tend to always gain weight when out of my home environment.5 -
@ChelleChelle1031 it is healthy for a little competitive streak against spouse's. You got this.
@lauren_989 I used to do Bodypump! Loved it. I quit when I changed jobs. Then did it at home for a bit. Bought DVD's on Ebay. And had the Led Mills app for awhile. Sounds like you had a good trip.
Got in a tough workout today and a great stretch. Went to see Argyll today. Loved it. The cat was the star.3 -
Oop, so sorry WaistAways, my weigh in yesterday was 182.3
