I needed some new black trousers and found some in the sale. I tried them on (miracle i never try clothes on!) Wow the uk 16s (usa 12s) were too big. Luckily i found a pair of size 14s (usa size 10).
Even better they were marked down to 15 euros but i was only charged 9 euros at the checkout!!

5.4 loss is crazy. Hearing the robot scale call that number out has definitely re-energized me though. I just got inside from doing yard work. The last few days I have been in fighting shape well enough to do yard work, which I haven't been able to do in years. But today was a bigger victory because I did yard work in the front yard. Where random people go by. Those of yall that have been around a bit know I went full hermit and had some counseling for agoraphobia, so I have been avoiding people for years. I have been making it a point to go into stores and today's yard adventure was another big win.
Much love, yall!6 -

Thursday Weigh-In:
PW: 125.2
CW: 123.4
So, I'm basically at goal weight now. 🎉 At this point I would like to figure out what I want my maintenance weight range to be. I would like to keep eating at a deficit, maybe a slight one, and lose a pound or two more, and then work on staying in my maintenance range, whatever that will be.
17.6 pounds lost since September 1; 36.6 pounds lost total 👍6 -
@NachDeezy Soooooo Fantastic!!! 😁1

Weigh-in Day: Friday (Mar 1, 2024)

We had a couple of warm days so it was good to resume my morning walk again but now it's below freezing again and rainy so I'm looking forward to Spring. We leave this afternoon for Kansas City for our son's soccer tournament so I'm sure we'll be having BBQ with the team and parent group - the good news is that it's supposed to get warmer this weekend so I'll have no excuse to get out and get some steps in again.3 -

@Slimmersixties That’s a great happy pants post! So glad you have this NSV! I also just found a pair of black pants that now fit. It is sweet indeed!
@aneedlecraft Keep going! You will bend that scale this week!
@jimboden3 I, too, am somewhat enslaved to the weather! Argh! It makes getting those steps really hard sometimes! Hope you can take advantage of those sunshiny moments.
@itladyee That is an interesting thought. Thanks for sharing so faithfully on this site!
@myhands4God Also glad you are feeling better. Just in time to start March on top of your game!
@FindingSamMon Congratulations on the loss! Wishing you another one this week!
@Megan_smartiepants1970 Smiley face for sure! Way to lose those 3+ !

Amazing accomplishment! Your LTD is impressive. Would you like to be moved to goal zone? You just have to give me a maintenance range. If you go over your top maintenance weight for 2 weeks we move you back to the main team until you are back in your range.1 -

I am happy with a .25 pound loss at this point. I refuse to eat 1200 calories. That is what mfp is telling me to eat that to lose .5 pounds. Congrats again on NSV!JimBoden3

Headache is worse today. Stupid sinuses. I apologize if I missed posts. I will be joining you back on the regular team for March. I have decided to try for 9 more pounds.
I saw a specialist that I hadn’t seen in 9 months. She couldn’t believe it was me. Sure made me feel good about my weight loss.
Happy Friday!1 -

Wow really! Another 9lb this losing weight is addictive isn't it? Initially i wanted to get to 200lb. Then realised i could lose a bit more and be 190lb. Then thought i wanted my maintenance weight to be 185lb but now I'm aiming for 176lb (slowly and healthily not like before xmas!!!) and even thinking i might go lower! I think it takes a while for our mind and bodies to adjust to new weights and then realise that lower weights are achievable and will give us even more benefits! Well done Linda xx1 -

It sure is addictive. I have seen such drastic changes in my mobility and pain that I hope another few pounds will provide even more benefits.2
