✅ Thoughts - Wrote the obit for dad today. It was great going through old documents, press clippings, and figuring out how to sum him up. Glad I ended up with that task1 -

My Version 75 Hard Challenge: April 28 - 56/75
✅ Diet - Calorie counting. Staying at or under 1200 calories per day. 1,166 calories today.
✅ Water - 70 oz of water per day (no alcohol) 105 oz of water today.
✅ Exercise - 30 minutes cardio workout, 30 min strength training and 20 min yoga/palates stretch, 10k+ steps per day (inside/outside) I did an hour cardio workout, 25 min. strength training, and 20 min. stretch with a total 16,401 steps today.
✅ Reading - 10 minutes each day of anything. I read for an hour today.
✅ Sleep- Get 7 hours of sleep every night. I slept 7 hours 30 min.💪F2F - Mission Slimpossible!💪1 -

✅ Thoughts - Lots of organising happened today - and good discussions, planning, and then dinner at a relative of my stepmother. Interesting Iranian-based food! They made a big effort to be sure I had something vegetarian, and the meal was lovely and healthy. Made it easy to stay on track.0 -

I signed up to do a 5k, so yesterday I ran for five miles in 1 hour and 55 min. Then my husband told me that a 5k is only 3.1 miles. Today, I set my fitbit to do a 5k(3.1miles). I ran for over two hour and my fitbit said I only did 2.21 miles. Ugh...I think I set it wrong. I was trying to time how long it would take me to do the 5k.💪F2F - Mission Slimpossible!💪1 -

I am a little behind with my posts. On Tuesday I had workpeople over to replace the waterpipes. Because they couldn't connect where they expected to, they had to dig a whole new ditch from my front door to the street. In that process, they ended up cutting my internet cable in half. They finally fixed it this morning.
